DESCRIPTION
This alert generates when a managed care client trickles from categorically needy (CN) to a medically needy (MN) coverage group.
PROCEDURE
- In ACES 3G, review the case to determine if the trickle was correct.
- Notify the managed care provider the client is no longer CN eligible and must be disenrolled from managed care.
- If the client is also receiving Long Term Care (LTC) services, contact the social services worker to determine if the client is functionally eligible for a different LTC program.
DISPOSITION
In ACES 3G, to delete an alert place a checkmark next to the alert on the Case Actions page. In ACES Mainframe, enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
