Washington State Institutional Review Board Meetings

Fees must be received before a Research Application, Study Amendment Request, or Exempt Determination Request is assigned to a staff reviewer.  This means the submission will not be placed on the agenda for full Board review, scheduled for expedited review, nor will a regulatory determination or other administrative action or decision be made.  See Fees page for further information.

All submissions for full Board Review must be submitted by the PI and paid no later than the submission deadline for the meeting.
