Job Support for Employment

Two ladies

Can someone help me find a job and keep it?

Supported Employment

Work with a job coach who helps you identify your career goals and the skills you need to find a job that suits you. If you need accommodations for a particular workplace, your job coach will work with you and your employer to make that happen. Your job coach will help you learn your job and continue to check in with you to make sure you have what you need to be successful.

These long-term integrated supports help you find and keep a job in the community at or above the state’s minimum wage.

Services may include intake, discovery, assessment, job preparation, job marketing, job supports, record keeping and support to maintain a job.

I’m stuck. Can someone help me?

Individualized Technical Assistance

This service provides assessment and consultation to you, your service provider and your support system to identify and work to remove barriers that might be keeping you from getting a job or being part of your community.

This service is in addition to supports received through supported employment or community inclusion services for individuals who have not yet achieved their employment or community inclusion goal.

I want a job, but I don’t want to lose my benefits.
