Eviction Legal Help - Free legal help for renters. Renters with low-income facing eviction in Washington State can get free legal help. If your eviction case ends up in court and you are low-income, you have a right to a free lawyer. You also have a legal right to an interpreter in your language.

Housing Authorities – Washington state has 37 Housing Authorities (nonprofit housing providers) that administer the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8), own housing and operate other programs.
