BCCU has limited phone hours due to COVID-19 and working remotely. Due to high call volumes and wait times, email is still currently the preferred method of communication with BCCU.  Staff are usually able to respond to emails within 1-2 business days.

Applicant: Due to confidentiality reasons, BCCU staff cannot discuss any information on your background check unless you have a copy of your background check results.  To receive a copy, please submit an Applicant Request for a Copy of Background Check Information Form to BCCU. 

BCCU staff are happy to assist any applicant that would like to schedule an in person appointment. However, most information can be explained in detail by phone, saving the applicant a trip to the building, travel and parking costs. If you would prefer to speak with someone in person, you can begin the process by calling.
