This Legislative District report contains client services and expenditures of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) from July 1993 - June 1994 (state fiscal year 1994 or Fiscal Year 94). About 82% of DSHS expenditures and approximately 90% of the estimated clients are included. In addition, the value of federally funded food stamps is included.
