The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) issued Supplier Diversity Policy #DES 090-060, effective April 1, 2023. Its purpose is to increase purchases of goods and services from Washington small, diverse, and veteran-owned businesses.
To promote Transparency, Section C.8. of this Policy requires State Agencies to publicly post awarded bids and bid award documents for each competitive procurement. Below is the list of completed Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) procurements with an award beginning April 1, 2023.
